This one (in the pic) went 5.5 lbs. just wish it had been me who caught it!!!
when my roommate (guy in the pic) gets back from India we're going on a trip to lake fork. Avg bass there in the fall is about 5-6 lbs!!!! and people pull in big 10+ lb. lunkers every day!!!
That is a purdy bass though, bet he had a pretty good pull to him :)

Displaying pictures of dead fish is disgusting. Next time put a warning on your thread title if you're gonna show anything dead- well, except humans. That doesn't bother me.
-

Well technicly the fish I displayed was still alive when that pic was taken. I can say that his head was removed probably 1 min after the pic was taken. It's still in the freezer, I'll take a pic of it tonight and post it :D

LOL Airhead!

Perhaps... but you've never been in the running for any "Mr. Legs" contests either.
And I can be out in the sun without a hat... for extended periods of time...
So.. if biking, skiing and hiking help you overcome the shame of having chickenlegs and being bald... then good for you.
:D

P.S... I also have bigger boobies than you.

I'm not there either chickenlegs. Just a regular guy with a belly.
BTW... I know just as many phisically active people that have died from cancer/heart attacks than overweight people. Its just that people act suprised when its a "fit" person... and expect it when its not.
But I haven't met anyone that had chickenlegs that was willing to admit that no matter how fit you are.. chickenlegs are still chickenlegs.
I'll save the balding comments for later in the thread stressboy.

Yankees? On the west coast? I'm not sure where it is, but somewhere east of here there's a line where people stopped caring and/or were not involved in that silly little war y'all had back east. :)
On the other hand... Ripsnort might indeed be a Yankee. :)

Freud would have a field day with you. You know that... right?

psst, Sandman... California was in the Union during the Civil War. Technically, you're a Yankee too, regardless if no Californian regiment fired a shot in the war or cared about the war. :p
Yankee = not a native of a former Confederate state. :)
-
Hey UDIE go look at my catch in the gun control thread. ;):D:D:D
-
Why are the fish so small?
-
He even has his AH Con hat on. how cute.
-
The light refracted right to my retina...I think I'm going blind  :D
-
Any fish that takes less than an hour to land isn't worth the effort of cleaning it ;)
Now, a fish that can take you out if pulled in the boat alive IS a worthy catch :D

Call it my shoddy upbringing... In grade school, we spent more time learning about the missions than we did the civil war. It's not part of our heritage. :)

Aint that the truth!
We jump right from Father Serra to the Spanish American War in our history books. (Only a slight exaggeration)
