Title: Puter Freezing all the time in game, help

Ok guys, I need some help. My puter is freezing CONSTANTLY, in AH, Diablo 2, pretty much any kind of graphic interface, and Winamp and stuff like that. It literally freezes every 5 minutes. I've updated my graphics card drivers, IRQ Router Drivers, and AGP Drivers, but it still freezes. If anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it...

System:
AMD 1.3GhZ Processor
Geforce 4 MX440 64meg
512mb DDR Ram
Asus Motherboard of some sort...
uhh, I don't know what other information you might need so if anything else just post it here...

Could be bad video, Heat or a faulty power supply.  Get motherboard monitor to check this out.  I suspect heat or bad video before powersupply..
