C++ Most likely.
Most windows programs and games are C++.

C is also very common, but usually used in *ix environments.

Specifics of programming languages are usually irrelavent though, it's mostly just different ways of laying out the same code.  Once you know how to program, learning a new language is usually not to difficult.
