Why does the mouse pointer scroll soo slow in AH ?  Anyway to speed it up?

what kind of framerates are you getting?

Average around 30-50 in a fight. 70 at high alt alone. 15 over a field with smoke.

hmmmm... for some a "slow" mouse can relate to framerates - not in your case...  running any mouse software?

Set your video card settings back the default and then try AH again and your mouse should be back up to normal speed.  I forgot what setting it is but there's a video setting that does that if you tweak it to much.

Its your vid cards 3d antialiasing.
I have a different card than you (geforce 2 mx 64MB) but I would think that with your vid card you can also adjust the 3d antialiasing.
The choices my card has available are: "allow programs to set antialiasing", "no antialiasing", "2x" and "4x". When my antialiasing is set at any one of them except "no antialiasing" my mouse is like yours - slow (laggy). So i set mine to "no antialias."
but the graphics (namely the mountains in the distance) look a little jagged at the edges. But at least my mouse lag is minimized.
If you right click on your windows desktop and click on the settings tab you should be able to adjust your cards settings.

Interesting. Check the anit alisa..  it was off. I set it to 4x and tried a game and it fixed the problem, go figure. Thanks for the help.
