This one is very basic.  What is the difference between the MG151/20 20 mm cannon and the MG-FF 20mm cannon?

MG 151/20 has a longer barrel, is heavier fires a slightly lighter shell at higher muzzle velocity and ROF. see http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Hangar/8217/fgun/fgun-pe.html

In Aces High, the Mg151 is almost useful.  The MG/FF isn't even close.
