A ground battle CT with tanks? i dont think it would sound bad and would be a different challange to see who wins? any1 up for it?

I actually think this is a cool idea.  Perhaps there could be limited a/c just for realities sake.  But perhaps also we could wait for the new version because there's at least 1 new gv on the way, no?  But I'm not actually sure when the new version is due out.

yeah like allies have the p47 since it was for ground attack and axis could use ...hmm what could axis use  we dont have the stuka.

Val for axis (or stuka if we get it) and SBD for allies to make it more even?..
Why don't we just make a historical map that GV's and planes can easily fight on? I'd make one... but I'm not very good with the editor or strat stuff :(

Well if your going to have the P-47 for the allies, what wrong with the FW-190F for the Axis, you can throw in the Il2, and Bf-110 for both sids in the meantime as well.
I have always thought that doing away the C47, except maybe cargo runs, and giving only the bases on the edge of the map aircraft, and all bases towards the middle GV only. Would promote a good GV battle setup. Also the only way a base can be captured is by GV's.

The upcoming(next Friday) CT Libya map by asw( who did a great job) will feature some serious GV battle's the map is set in such a way as to enchurage their use.
