Is there a list/url of changes/additions that 1.08 will bring?

jpeg, look in the News section of the BBS for information about new releases.  I take it you are farily new?
If so, you should know HTC never puts a complete list of all the updates to each release until the day of the release.  What we get before the release are tidbits which keep us all wondering what else may be in store  :).
