Title: BIOS flash help

I need to update the BIOS on my A7M266 in order to install an XP1800 processor.

Here's the problem.  I am unable to get a bootdisk to leave me at the dos prompt.

I am running Win2k, so format a:/s does not work.


any help..please while i still have some hair left.

nevermind, i got it to work with a ME boot disk.

yeah, that is where i found the ME boot disk.

the frustrating thing was that all the 2k boot disks either start up 2k or 2k setup.  it never lets you drop to dos.
