Title: The colours arnt right

When i go to edit a skin using paint(only program i can use to edit) the colours some times dont come out the colour i want to use, if i want to use blue it sometimes comes out like a greyish colour, can any one help or am i going to have to live with it?

I guess u'r using 256 colors instead of  true color. Just save the bmp file as true color.
