It flys like every unpowered gyro-copter. Its towed by a bomber or something.
Its not french its british.(does look like a french bomber though)

It's brit but I've to admit it looks quite like a french bomber  :D

Its Brit? Ooops, I thought that was a French Flag on its tail section.  And I'm American, so all those pansy little roundel things look the same too me  :p

Nahh ...
It's brit cause the brit have inversed brain   ;) ... they drive on the left side and put the color on the flag in wrong order ...Red White Blue instead of Blue White Red (bleu blanc rouge)

Ps the border of the roundel is yellow (and the color are wrong to) so it's crlearly brit   :)
