According to cnn.com authorities are questioning Al-Qaeda detainees at Guantanamo about the sniper killings in the Washington, D.C. area.

The report states that there had not been any leads indicating a connection to Al-Qaeda, and that the questioning is just a prudent measure to cover all possibilities.

Umm-hummm.  I believe that they're not telling all they know.  According to the report, authorities believe that it is "possible" that the tarot card was left by a prankster.
