Any of you guys like mountain oysters? They're considered quite a delicacy in these parts.

Tried one on the first bull I shot in Montana (er, was forced to, tradition)  I was pretty inebriated so I don't recall flavor...

My handle is "Shuckins."  I've only played H2H.  My internet service at home is currently down, so I have to post on the BBS during break time here at the school.

We call them Calf Fries here in Texas and they can often be found on appetizer menus in Fort Worth. They are pretty tasty. Nothing really too weird or gross about them.
