SEATTLE - Nobody has yet found a way to stop the aging process, but some doctors say there are some simple ways to slow it down.
Researchers at the University of Washington say seniors who exercise and drink moderately seem better able to carry out daily activities without any problems.
Doctors admit they're not sure exactly why but say it does look like the occasional drink and regular exercise seems to slow normal age deterioration.

Don't worry SOB. Based on the equation:
Booze + Exercise = Longer Life
By adjusting booze intake to infinity, you will live forever even with no exercise.
We'll need to get Mathman on this but I think it should work.
