How does the Hoster set the Starting Alt at anything other than 0 AGL?

Also, how do we set our usernames offline?

u can't set starting alt at anything but 0 AGL

Though it is possible to build your own maps with an airstart

Not sure you can change your name... if u activate your 2 free weeks(no cc required) I believe you will get to keep your name if you don't wish to subscribe, which you can then use in H2H
