this would be interesting....an arena with concept a/c from ww2 era. Not only did Germany have some weird and wonderful concepts.....but so did the U.S. Well anyway....I think it would be cool
-
no time to build concept A/C, HTC very bizzy building A/C that were really used in WW2

you'll probably have to sit on your hands for@least year though...

hehe a newer version of 'super weapons of the luftweenies' I wonder how realistic the flight model will be
-
Hee hee, udet
How'd we ever know what's realistic for planes that have never been built?? People already have enough trouble depicting planes that have been built, and they still get complaints on the FM!! :D
-
maybe it would be easier - there not dozens of detailed books about the Re2007 (italian F-86), XP-79 (US flying wing jet fighter) or Tank 283 "Super Lorin" (Ramjet - WTF is a lorin?)

What we need is an he162!!!

I read Adolf Dickfeld's autobiography "Footsteps of the Hunter". he pretty much said the salamander was a piece o' crap, w/ very poor flying characteristics (although he did get a kill in one - but he got dozens more in 109s). perks would probably be better spent on Me163s or Me262s

whgates3: French engineer René Lorin invented the ramjet in 1913...

And this is the telling point. How many of you are willing to give up completely any new aircraft in the MA for two revisions of the game just to get an arena with eight to ten planes that never saw actual service in WWII?

thanx Dr. Z - amazing how many concept that didn't get into A/C until well after WWII - or still havent - were concieved so early
