Could this pic possibly be doctored? If it is I'd have to wonder about the person posting said pic.
Seems some conservative and liberal people have nothing better to do than post pics that either:
1) Don't mean anything really.
          or
2) So insecure with themselves that they need to post 'proof' of how they see the other side being inept.
