That video clip. Talk about lucky. This is something you do NOT want to happen to you.

And here's the really amazing part. Half of a second after he checks the canopy, this is what he sees

"A house?"

Falling at 50 meters per second he had 3 meters to spare when the reserve opened. Here's a little task for you: calculate the safety margin in tenths of seconds this guy had :).
