Lets have more brit CV planes, as currently only one in
Aces High.
Swordfish was a great torpedo and bomber, also Barracuda
Any more you can think of?
Full of yank/jap planes on carriers at moment,
Royal Navy had a lot of carriers in WW2 as well.
WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?;)

I'd just like to see either F4U-1, F4U-1D, F4F, TBF in Fleet Air Arm markings! ;) The Royal Navy were the first to operate the F4U from a carrier so I think that deserves one! :)

a sea hurricain?

A carrier based 109 please, too :)

start yer own thread

That 4x hispano armed, 2x1000 lb bomb carrying Firefly thing. I think it would make an excellent addition.

I think its interesting that the number of different models of the Spitfire alone (5) outnumber the combined total of ALL Japanese fighters, IJN and IJAAF (4).
I'm hoping for many more Japanese aircraft.

Me too :)

The best choice for a Brit plane for CV use imo is a Firefly, it is a capable strike plane, well armed and caring a very usefull load. Also it is from a time perioud when the RN was operating in the Pacific in a substantial way. The plane would also be usefull in the MA.
As to what oboe said, I could not of said it better. Personaly I kinda wince every time I hear the Term " Allied High", I wince because it is painfully true.
-
'Allied High'? Oh please. Poor old LW with it's myriad of 109s and 190s.
Spitfire has 5 types? Well 109 has 4, likewise the 190...
The Japanese planeset needs filling out. But so does the Russian. Data on both isn't always easy to find (see Tu-2), especially compared to Allied/LW types. I'm sure HTC will get there eventually.
The claims of Allied bias by certain individuals is pathetic. It's a shrecking game - approach it accordingly.

This plane imo would be a great adation for Brition:

Dowding, I was not refering to the LW, in fact I realy think it is kinda a losely used term to point mostly at the plane set being kinda heavy US plane wiese. I realy feal the Germans and the US and to a lesser extent Brition are doing prety good plane wise. A good place to add depth for Brition would be the above mentioned CV strike plane. Realy planes for Russia, Japan and Italy would be a big help in adding depth and tools for use in the CT and for CM's.
Ya it is a game, and from my point of view haveing lots of Cowboys fighting one or two indians is lame, so hopefully when they finish modeling every cowboy know to have existed they can do some indians:)

Great adition this would be, but would still like
to see the swordfish.
Just imagine? if we had a full set of brit cv planes
we could have the
AMERICAN WAR OF INDEPENDANCE
ALL OVER AGAIN, THAT COULD BE FUN
Put those colonists back in their place LOL
-
Hehehe Brady. I sometimes forget that you aren't glasses or wilbus or hazed, and don't believe in a 'LW against the world HTC Allied Bias Conspiracy Theory' (TM). :D
Shame there isn't more data on Russian birds though. Russian front special events would be great.

Blackburn Skua
:D

More Russian planes may be nice, but when HTC adds them, it's still adding ALLIED planes to the planeset.
With the addition of the B5N, the IJN has its pre-1941 single-engine attack force modelled. I doubt any other service could make that claim in AH. :) :(

Brewster Buffalo is a MUST! And a Frank would be good.
