Where will the con be in 2003? I have heard rumours of a location change up to Yankee land...any truth to that?

Where is HTC's new server farm located?  I would love to see the Con moving around to different locations.  It would be a crapload more work for Yankee and Skuzzy though.

Yep, and you can't even really appreciate how much work is put into it until you've seen the whole crew in action at these cons...a TON of work!

IMO

not some bumblef*ck city where there is not much going on :)

Or somewhere near Wright Patterson would be cool!

Or better yet, AH convention to Las Vegas!!!
More alcohol than you can shake a stick at, just make sure you plan for more than 4 days, cause when you leave your'e gonna need some time off to recoup...

Ya right... no Vegas.  Would you REALLY spend any time at the convention hanging out with 'virtual fighter jocks'?  In Vegas?

Keep it in Dallas, I actually had a whole lot of fun there and I'm gonna try to make the next one.

I got the inside scoop, and it looks like Creamo will be organizing a con to be held in Reno.  So far he has secured a group of prostitutes and a local liquor warehouse, it is yet unclear if there will be any AH or WWII Aviation related activities at the upcoming convention.  One feature he did mention is that there will be "up-skirt" cams installed in random spots throughout the convention hall.

Wherever it ends up, I suggest a NO SMOKING POLICY in the CON room ONLY.

I suggest a location centrally located with good plane connects, nice hotels downtown, a good aviation museum like Wright Patterson AFB for example, gentleman's bars nearby, Golf, go-karting etc.

Actually, Pryo refused to let you host it until your in-laws stepped in and assured him that they'd take care of everything!

Also, I volunteer Ripsnort to step forward and be the community leader that he wants to be, by setting up the Con in Seattle.  Go ahead Rip, hell if you spent half the time you do here posting on organizing a convention, you should have all the details hammered out by next Tuesday!
