The download stopped at 6.9 MB and said it was complete, obviously not so.
BUT....after deleting the incomplete D/L and restarting the Base D/L four times and having the same 6.9MB download in seven seconds and say complete I see a problem.
It might go away as traffic decreases on the D/L site but just in case it does not I am posting this here and in the support forum.
HTC, do you have something running that stops downloads to persons who your info says already has downloaded?
An incomplete download is nothing new to me but after deletion and redownloading it usually works and this ia a new one on me.
Confused.

Nevermind, for now.
I tossed a few surplus sheep to the net gods and the download is working for the moment. See you in about 3 hours if it works this time.
