Also answered your message in the Help and Training forum, pasted below:
If you want to post them as attachments, firstly open them up in something like PaintShop and reduce the size to say 800x600, then "save as" a new file in (usually) .jpg format - make sure the size is less than 102400 bytes. Create a new message and click on the Browse button below the editing window to locate your screenshot, then just click Submit and your picture will be attached.
Alternatively, post your pictures onto a website and use the IMG feature to insert them into your post - click on the IMG button above the editing window - this will bring up a small window - paste the URL into it and click OK. Repeat for each picture you want to include, then click Submit.
The difference is that you need to make a separate post for each picture if you use the Attachment feature, but can include as many as you like in one post using the IMG feature. Also, attachments will always be at the end of your posts, where as using IMG they can be placed anywhere in the text. :)

You can post jpegs under 100k(if it's over 100k, and you've run it through a decent jpeg converter, the image is too damned big the boards anyways) as attachments to posts.
-
If they are small enough you go to the bottom of your new post where it says "Attach File:" and use the browse button to locate your image.
Attach file:
Maximum size: 102400 bytes
Valid file extensions: gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg

I do not want to attach pictures, I wish to insert them in my text... please tell me how. :)
Earleri it says to post pictures to a website.. I don't know how to do that.

When you attach a picture, it's automaticly shown at the end of the post. If you don't know how to put it up on a website, just attach it.
