Hi all,

Actually what is going in HTC now is something, which I never saw before. Normally, you can predict the release date with plus minus 2 weeks. It is not a case now, I am still have not a slightest idea when its finally out.

Normally before it was this way: couple months before release hints were given which planes or vehicled, or features to expect. Then screenshots came out, normally of a ready aircrafts. When version delays were long, some promises or hints were out on a release status. Closer to a release date, normally within a week, you could see HTC staff online more often, then it went out.

Now, with this version:

Short description of what to wait (mission arena) were out even before the 1.10. About new models it were said that it will be a kind of cocktail, bit of this and bit of that. Then we saw tiger, still in development, not even on the AH map, as if it was exported from the 3D model tool itself. Then we saw p51 facelift, again, not finished. Then came KATE, not finished again. We also had small movie on forum with night fights.

Well, I have no idea when next version is out. It is 4 months, and still no hints. When it is out? Where the usual "2 weeks" histeria? Are Alliens really among us?

with luckit will be worth the wait. as you said all we have seen is some unfinished modelling by superfly and natedog

im sure the programming staff is working there tulips off to allow for the new stuff

Fariz,

You're right, there is an unusual 'aura' about this release... I've seen Skuzzy on every now and then for the past few weeks and he only works in the network side of the house, but still you'd think that the appearance of the infamous 'light blue' text would signal some hope for release soon... Not in this case, I'll be patient though, usually makes things sweeter.
