I am getting burned out on the gamieness of Aces High as of late and I am looking for a diversion.  I have IL2 loaded but have never played it, why you ask?

1. I am totally spoiled with my current hotas set up in Aces High.
I use the saitek X36USB with SGE usin Windoze 98.  Does anyone have a profile I can copy? If you do please email it to me @ pollok78@bellsouth.net

2. Can my Tmaster elite pedals be used in game as is here with Aces High.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help me.

1) I do, if you want to use it... I'm sending it.

2) Yes, you have to get to the controls setup in Il2.. it should be one of the options (hardware setup) off of the main screen.

Go there, click on "Advanced" (I think) and scroll down that list until the bottom where you see "HOTAS" setup. Click on the area to the right of where it says "Rudder Pedals" Move your pedals one way. It'll read it as an axis.

If you play the game and they are reversed, go back to the same screen and click on the area that now has the axis listed and depress the opposite pedal than the one you pushed the first time.

I will upload a File of my Mouse View Fight. you can load it and watch the benifits of adding this to your Stick.

Miss flying with ya bud.  I need to take baby steps.  Nice to see you are keeping up with the boards perhaps the upcoming campaign arena or whatever it is called could lure you back to AH.

I have seen the movies thus far in IL2 and have to say WOW.

Pollock, forget about using rudders in IL2, if you do, it'll mess your shot up but good, IMHO.

If you use X36. Go get USB CH Pro Pedals and its perfect :)
