Can anyone recommend me a relaible good mid tower case for the price of at and around $60 with at least a 350 Watt PS.

you mean a case?

you are gonna have to buy it locally if you want to keep that price, cause shipping would kill you.

they sell some nice cases here. contact me and i'll let you know some shops.

I have had good luck with Enlight cases.  Very inexpensive and they work just fine.

go to http://www.newegg.com cheap prices for cases and and shipping handling cheap as well also fast.

I got chieftec for $75 full tower with shipping handling ordered monday got it friday from California to Pennslyvania.
