Weird story this......



My main trip switch keeps....er.....tripping.  All the power goes out (obviously) and I have to go find the junction box with a candle....again.  Took me weeks to find out what was causing it but finally figured it out.....the refridgerator.  Turn it up to max and all the power goes out, leave it on real low and it's ok.  

Now here's the odd part, called the landlord and told him all about it and 10 mins later he calls me back to say a new fridge/freezer is being delivered on thursday and.....get this.....so is a DVD player.  Apparently this fridge comes with a free DVD player.

Um.......


Not complaining but.....thats kinda odd if ya ask me.


Off to buy Dark Blue World......and then see what else around here I can break. :D

Anyway to pipe the DVD play back from a PC into a Television?

I picked it up in Atlanta...good flim.

Sweet deal with the fridge...hell, I just bought one and didn't get a DVD player with it:(

Strange wiring where an appliance can bring down the main.  Usually there is a circuit breaker which goes first to protect the rest of the box.  Don't be too surprised if your new fridge causes the same problem.  Some one probably has to look at your circuit breakers.  Keep the DVD player, though.
