I just asked HT in the main if it was OK for me to put it up on my site, and he didn't mind.  Gonna have to hold off on mine for FDBs though...it's fast when a few people are d/ling off of it, but I imagine it'd be even worse than the HTC d/l if a bunch of people hit it  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
