Mine's pretty big... so is the desk
-
Hey staga? you might just want to buy a KVM switch...
it's cheaper and they come with various numbers of ports.
That's what i use, I used to have two 17" monitors keyboards mice on my desk..saved alot of room.
Course now that space is loaded with books empty soda cans and various crap, but no more secondary peripherals :D

Pongo, I had to put my hobby desk into drawers when my boys started to walk...once they get old enough to know better, I'll have a similiar set up once again. Its tough working on models with a 4 and 6 yr old around...
-
That USSR tank of Pongo's is an IS2..I think..

I have an accoustic 6 string in the closet beside where that pic is taken from. Along with probably another 40 boxed models.
No cats were killed as the result of any of these atrocities. My 9 and 11 year old sons have never broken one of my models..although I built models for them to break...and they broke those ones real nice..
The cats however find models irresistable to walk over..and the worst thing you can do is catch them in the act cause they run for it and styrene flies.
The model shelf there is a recent addition and has proven to be mostly cat proof. I have also recently gotten a display cabinet from Ikea...dust and cat proof...
Hiden in the picture are a Pak 40 a Flack 38 an La7
the ww1 fighters are from years ago...the rounds are a 50 cal and a hispano that I bought from fund to support the rebuilding of the Ice Princess P38.

I just bought the same desk as Milnko! Office Max baby!
-
I thought Spit XIV's had 5 bladed props? or was that part of the feline damage? ;)
-
yes one of the 5 is missing. It has since been repaired.
-
On Pongo's monitor I see a Sopwith Camel (Done in Brown's colors?), 2 DVIIs (one with what looks like a lozenge pattern, and another one that's Jasta 18), and an Se5a... Billy Bishop?
-SW
-
Nothing special here....but note the handicap of having one child on my lap! Makes it tough..especially when he insists on pointing to the "bad guys" with his finger on the screen and repeating "Daddy...red ones...get 'em!"
There is usually another boy hanging on to my left leg and watching, somewhat quieter...although sometimes even he insists on being on my lap. I don't have a pic of that though.
-
Cute, curval!
Think off all the human talent you have there! Maybe one of them could operate rudder pedals while you put your feet up and relax barking out "More yaw! More yaw!"
:)
Cheers,
phaetn

-
one of each. 50 cal and Hispano.
I bought them as part of the fund raiser for the Ice Princess P38 project. They were selling them on thier web page.
