Title: Opera 7 beta is out

Even though this is the very first beta release, I think it shows some potential.  It displays pages a little faster than 6.05 and seems to work a lot better overall than 6.  It also adds a new option to "display only requested pop ups."

Another new addition I like is that the browser displays the page as it is building it, rather than waiting until it is finished.

Those of you who have never tried Opera might want to check it out.  http://www.opera.com  Opera is faster, MUCH more secure, highly tweakable, and can block pop up ads.

Opera is free, but unless you pay for it there is a small ad placed in the top right corner (that isn't too obnoxious).  This is just a beta release, so expect some bugs.

Hey bloom25, have you compared it to Mozilla? does it have tabbed browsing?

I'm currently using Mozilla and loving it, but maybe I should give Opera a try.

Mozilla is great compared to IE, but I prefer Opera over Mozilla for it's speed and customizing abilities.

Mouse gestures makes my browser interface fit like a glove. Opera rules.
