Title: Fri Night TOD Squad Contacts

Hey Friday night TOD squads can you all email me your primary and secondary squad contact emails for TOD events. I have been noticing over the past several TODs that I have run that many squads are not getting orders and such.

So I want to make sure I have a list of good email addresses.

Email me at dgideon@dgideon.org with the email addresses, CPID, and squad name please.

it'd be nice if every CO would update their info at

http://events.simladder.com/tod_squaddossier_sat.php for the Sunday guys (remember, it used to be saturday, that's why it's _sat.)

These links are what update the listings that we use to supply Frame CO's with email addresses, as well as for us contacting you.

What was is usually causing the problem is simple. The website only lists the primary contact. Several squads have had their primary contact go on vacation, or out of town for whatever reason, so mail is not getting to them.

I am trying to build up a list of primary and secondary contacts to make sure that everyone gets the information they need before the TOD.

Past several frames running over the past couple TODs I have had to step in and inform people of their objectives, plane types, etc. as the setup CM.

I don't mind doing it but I am sure that everyone flying in a squad prefers finding things out before friday at 10:00 pm.

Just trying to keep on top of things and its not a big issue.

Updated mine on the web pages for Friday and Sunday both. Info is now up to date. Thx.
