Hangtime,
I respectfully ask that you speak to me regarding this suit through my lawyer. You do now have representation, don't you? If not I would suggest this as your next course of action. Unfortunately, while this case is pending trial, I cannot comment further. My Lawyer, Roy Mullman, would be happy I'm sure to respond.

As assistant to someone who once knew a real Judge of some court some where in this land. I also saw a movie about judge roy bean and the beer bear I proclaim my self Head Unjustus of Aces High. Just call me Judged Indian. As Chief Unjustus I did a check and did not find any EX-LAX pilot or a anything even close to EX-LAX.
I here By rule that
1.Hangtime remove the toilet post haste
2.When it is introduced to the game he fly only the Zero until which time if for some ungoddly reason HTC introduces the Brewster Buffalo until he has paid his debt to NASH.
This order will stand pending an appeal which if some is or realy met a real judge or for that matter they are a judge can over rule this ruling.
Next case on the dockit: Saw and his post-amatic. ( Complaint Nobody can post once every five minutes and not have a post-amatic.
If this aint stupid I dont know what is.

Well if Indian can proclain himself Judge, I reckon I can put in a claim for Jury!
This juror hearby calls for a vote of 12 men good & true on the facts as they are known in this case.
Guilty as charged is my vote.
If 11 other guilty votes are found (ie the next 11 posts) Hangtime will be forced to serve the sentence handed down.
However, if any one of the next 11 posts should say Innocent, then I should have to declare a hung jury. In which case charges are dismissed.
Hang Hangtime or Aquit him, it's in YOUR hands!

Guilty..Guilty...Guilty...
As we know a witch burns....what else burns?...wood. So if a witch burns and wood burns, then a witch is made out of wood....now, since wood floats (ahem...and other logs too) then it follows that if Hangtime weighs less than a goose (which also floats and is also a known toejamstriker) then Hangtime is made of logs and floats and is therefore made of wood thus is a Witch and a toejamstriker, and logically follows that he is GUILTY!! GUILTY!! GUITLY!!

We have seven out of eleven So as self apointed Chief Unjustus The Supremus Court of AH land (until some can over rule me that is) I Delcare Hangtime Guilty as charged, as for his side sh*&er Hairball, The cat is band from the cockpit until he cleans his litter from the arena.
