sort of... download the help file from the download page.
but basically it'll just take time.
oh when online, click on the "trainer" button, and a list of people willing to help will show up. sometimes if you ask generally to the poulation you get a mix of honest help with silly jokes and insults. the Main Arena when it's real busy in prime hours isn't quite the best place to get help.
check in and ask around in the Training Arena as well.

Book by Robert Shaw called "fighter combat".

I spent $3 on a 2-inch binder and printed off the online Help section for reading. I remapped the keyboard to match other flight sims that I use, for example g for gear, h for hook, d to drop flaps, f to raise flaps, spacebar for divebrake, e three times to eject!eject!eject!, a to alternate secondary weapons, r for range mic, t for tunable mic, and so forth. I also printed off info from http://www.netaces.org and some posts from this bulletin board. After that, it was just a matter of trying all of the planes until I found one that I liked. To make this fun, I adopted a policy of flying the plane that shot me down last.

try http://www.simhq.com it has lots of info about online combat flying, once at simhq go to the combat corner and read up!

If you mean playing the game,
http://www.hitechcreations.com/helphom.html
Has virtually everything you could want to know about the game itself.
http://www.netaces.org has more usefull info.
If you want to know about the planes, how to fly them, and how to dogfight, well thats the tough part.
A Listing of the various planes, and explanation of thier strengths and weaknesses: http://www.telusplanet.net/~dsoder/models.htm
Some other general ACM type stuff:
http://www.vulch.cwc.net/acm.html
http://www.simhq.com/simhq3/sims/air_combat/air_combat.shtml
If you can make the question more specific, point out what you know and what you don't, then we can offer you better advice/info.

bla bla bla......
the best way is to DIE DIE DIE till you get tired of it and start thinking of better ways to DIE DIE DIE..
actually practice is the answer...you can read all you want....still practice.
1 trick.....do NOT stick to 1 plane only...use 1 as a base level only so you can compare performances of each.
fly a spit9...it can do it all....but do not stay in it all the time.....once in a while switch.
but basically 2 kinds of planes or theories of combat......BnZ(Boom n Zoom).....and TnB(Turn n Burn)
