How's this? :)  

 Curses to those godda** 256x256 textures.. but at least it doesn't look too much like a monkey now, eh? :D

With those dam*** 256x256 limit, we have avout 5x5 pixels to depict each eye :D Very difficult to depict the difference between Asians, Europeans, Americans.. etc etc.. ;)

I'm looking for some things right now..

 .....

 IJN/IJAAF pilot gear/suit

 USN/USAAF gear/suit
 (I'm not sure, but I think AH default is USN..)

 LW pilot gear/suit

 VVS pilot gear/suit

 RAF pilot gear/suit

 .....

 and an idea for more "generic" pilot gear/suit that is vague and mixed up enough to represent ALL of the above countries' pilot suits as one... :)

 ps) you can really notice the pilots in newer model Spitfires are much more rounded up than the "Box heads" in older planes..
