Puttin out a list of what got fixed/changed is helpful, but only to the people who hated a given whatever and wanted it fixed.

Even if you put warning labels on your stuff there is always those will not read them. Those are most likely the same people who try to fly AH and have no clue how to do much of anything, even fly LOL. Keep up the great effort, it is greatly apreciated by the vast majority.

I use your sounds, and I read the readme so I dont screw up the installation. Hmmm, now there is an interesting concept!
Seriously Mitsu, don't sweat it. Everyone has to deal with a learning curve; don't feel you have to make it any easier for them.

sorry to go off topic a bit but

c64 was (and still is) GREAT...looks 10* better than similarily aged pcs or other 8 bit computers...games were nice...easy to hack the games...and it had some nice games as well

and the best way to learn your way around computers is to get a older crap computer that doesnt matter and experiment to see what it does or to back up everything and experiment

and mitsu next release do a readme but dont release it. first see if theres any complaints about not having it and if there are THEN release it.

btw ... im sorry but the newest 1.06.2 i believe .. the "hit" sounds i dont care for. i couldnt hear the pings on me till a wing fell off :(

Ps. have you ever thought of putting out a version where people can choose which sounds to install and which ones not to upgrade? (i keep a submarine "ping" for "chk 6" and i like a stall sound i got somwhere else + a few others so every time i install your new patch i have to backup and replace those files)

oh well just a thought and my 2¢

Mitsu...your sounds are OUTSTANDING! Most of my squadron runs your sounds and loves them. I personally read all your instructions and install it the way its stated. Keep up the great work.

Your sounds are kinda like the KRAITS pages that made the terrain changes and skins....LOTS OF WORK for NO PAY! You do it because you love doing it!

However, once you stop updating it you will we will all hate you forever, so keep em coming. ;)

BTW don't stop writing the readme files, more people read them than you might think.

I haven't worked in ten years but would be willing to send $1, or some not to large amount, for each new update. I'm sure at least 500 or so people would do it and once he sees this 'easy money' rolling in he'll make even more updates.

I'd even venture to say people would send me $1 to get me to shut up :)
