I have vested interest in us getting the Stuka so have to announce I am heavily Biased...............
I only hope the Luftwhiners will accept some of the inevitable compromises that will take place.........if we get this very specialist aircraft...............
The Siren.............was not on the D or G models and was not used in the BoB on the B model...........
The variants..............If we only had one then it would be the D5.... with slightly longer wings 2 x 20mm 151's and 1600/1800 kg payload............
Dive bombing in a D5.............
Before the dive, the aircraft had to be trimmed for cruise conditions, the bomb release altitude was be set, and the cooler flaps closed. Deploying the dive brakes automatically put the Ju 87 into a dive, and engaged a security device which limited the control column movement to 5 degrees from neutral -- enough to give effective control for bomb-aiming, but preventing manoeuvres which could overstress the aircraft. After bomb release the Ju 87 pulled itself out of the dive. The pilot then closed the dive brakes, and climbed away.
I think it would be too much to ask HTC to model all this just for 1 AC......... I for one would be happy with just some basic pull out function triggerred of the bomb release if the dive brakes were engaged.
My 2nd choice would be the G2.........this is not a dive bomber but indeed a ground straffer.........(two 37mm Rheinmetall-Borsig BK3,7 anti-tank cannon firing special armour-piercing ammunition, with tungsten cores, at a muzzle velocity of 850m/sec)........hence the dive functionality above is not required but the G2 does use the core engine and fuselage/wings of the D5. It could still deliver a lesser bomb load but without the dive brakes...........
3rd anf IMHO lower priority would be a b model............then you guys can have the siren......... engine, wings and radiator all different to the above.

Well it would do a lot for the Set up's in the CT, and the G with it's 37 mm Osty cannon's would certainly be fun for MA Base defense.
It certainly is one of the most famious aircraft of WW2.
