Title: How many of you read the BB regulary, but never post?

Seriously, did you ever wonder that for every person who posts regularly, how many others read, but never write? Every now and then I see a first post from someone who indicates that they read the BB regularly, but posted for the first time to a particular thread because it hit a nerve or special interest.

Are we vocal types the minority, or majority?

So, do you read the BB, but never write?
Why? (Just curous)

heh, once a thread gets past a certain length, it's usually just two or three people arguing, and worth ignoring anyways.

Really though, I thought you had to be wearing dirty, stained, crusty underwear and bunny slippers too post and I'm always clean and fully dressed when I read the BB (except now of course)

I read the BB more or less frequently, as long as I'm more or less frequently playing :)

Wasnt for quite some time because of Il-2 and other stuff...

By what you understand of "frequent" reading of these boards depends on how unexpected the answer might be I guess...

BB's are alot like E-Mail. Except it provides the whiners with a place to complain about everything under the sun.

So, to answer the question; Like E-Mail a quick scan allows me to dump the spam and move on to more interesting things. The difference here? I don't read alot of it.

That is why you never see me reply to most of the ramblings.

Humble suggestion: come up with reasonable topics pertaining to the game and leave personal bias out of the equation and alot of people who really like the game will read and respond.

And to anyone who thinks this is a personal attack, wake up and smell the coffee. This is merely a response to a question asked.

There is nothing worth being read (let alone answered) in the general forum. The Aircraft and Vehicles forum, on the other way, can be very interesting, but I still don’t have enough knowledge to post anything relevant :p

Post by: MarkVZ on November 28, 2002, 06:34:12 PM: I read these boards almost every day. I don't post because I play H2H and I don't feel like getting flamed for posting without paying. Plus, like others noted, it's fun to just sit back and watch the flames fly :D

I guess since I'm making this post I'd like to thank HTC for the game and constant develpments. I've played since beta and it sure has come a long way.

For the most part, I'd say your right. But HTC does occasionaly take player's ideas and opinions into consideration, just often enough to keep some of us yackin. A handful of players have also modified their actions because of BB threads.
