Be sure to have Swoop change the "Contact" person in the Sunday Dossier so that you end up with the orders.

I am positive that highly efficient as he is Swoop has already done the deed.

He has overlooked updating the HQ site, I feel confident however he will fix this oversite very shortly ;)
