Ah.. :)

 the "River Boy", pronounced "ha-dong" in Korean, "Hu-tong" in Chinese.. probably pronounced "ka-pa" in Japanese? Famous mythical figure known to live in rivers, resembling human or monkey with frog-like posture, with turtle shells, plus a bad hair-cut  :)  This mythical figure is equivalent to European mermaids and mermen :D
