No. Virus.

Crappy meat processing in the US. Mmmmm, feces meat.
Did you know that the US goverment isn't allowed to recall tainted meat. Yep it can force a recall of dangerous cars, toys, etc. but not the food you eat.
-
what, you never heard of biological weapons?
-
You ever hear of the USDA?
-
from the article:
"De la Cruz said the cruise line presumed that the symptoms were caused by the Norwalk virus, as was the case with other recent outbreaks on cruise ships.
"We're treating it like it was a Norwalk-like virus," de la Cruz said."
Sounds to me like they don't really know what it is.

It will be diffcult to find out. As the US meat processing companies have a horrendous record when it come to helping state and federal health officials track foodbourne viriuses.
:D

The Norwalk virus is one of the most common causes of gastrointestinal illness and tends to strike people in confined spaces, said Dave Forney, chief of the CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program.
The virus can be transmitted person to person or by consuming contaminated food or water. Outbreaks occur regularly on land, Forney said, and cruise ship outbreaks occur several times a year.
If you hear hoofbeats behind you... chances are its horses, not zebras.

Have to admit it's not likely terrorism but wasn't there a recent terrorism alert focused on cruise ships?
