Title: Cyborg USB Gold Users - Help!
Post by: Dr Lecter on December 06, 2002, 06:05:07 AM
Well, I got my Christmas present early! I have one or two problems with stick mapping - can you help?

Calibration has worked, and it flies well - rudder is fantastic!

BUT - in stick mapping, although I can set buttons (in stick set 1, which I am using) for functions, nothing happens when I go back to trying them on the stick.

Also, how do I set functions which require the use of two buttons together (i.e. button 9 + 4)?  The mapping only seems to give you the option of selecting 1 button at a time for any one funtion.

Hey..I got this stick BUT I didnt use any of the mapping software yet. I DID notice that under the select joystick I had to select each indiv button to the stick ie assign it TO the stick. For example...there is a selection of button 1, I had to select that to TRIGGER.

You might have to do this to get the stick to see those buttons.

Thanks Batdog.

I teamed up the functions with buttons and it sort of worked.

I found though that even with FIRE A B & C set as button 2,3,& 4, I can't get  them to do anything.  for example I want LH fire switch to be Gun toggle zoom.  It says its accepted, but nothing happens.

Result!  There was some sort of a glitch.  After I quit the program and then re-joined, it worked.

Just one of those thngs I guess.

I think you use shift function on the Cyborg by making the shift button a toggle for a new stickset.....
