how about you have a delay on time till you can fire once you spawn 10 seconds maybe... (PT's can spawn and start shooting before the structure and icon apears .... this is not fair IMO)  I was dead before I even knew (or could know) he was there

10 seconds for the crew to ready the guns, seems fair to me
