Title: Aces high Causes Reboots.
Post by: NCGrimbo on December 08, 2002, 05:11:29 PM
Hello all.  Here's my system:

P3 800Mhz
Geforce2 Ultra w/41.09 drivers
Saitek X45 controller
Windows XP Pro w/SP1

When I click on offline or H2H my machine reboots.  I've just done a complete reinstall of the OS and drivers today and the only apps installed are Office and Aces High.  Any ideas of what I should try next?

NVidia does not recommend the use of the 41.xx drivers for the GF2 series.  I would recommend going back to 30.82's.

I'll reinstall the older drivers and see if that helps.

If you have your video card over-clocked, reset it back the the default clock speeds.

If you haven't already, try the 2X AGP setting rather than 4X in you bios.

If none of the above help, there is the possibility of a power supply going bad-spontaneous rebooting can be caused by this.
