Ok here my complete list:
Tell me what u think
That includes for sure Bomber and GV's
As a realistic amount i would say:
FH's:
Large field 10 planes per hanger 7 x 10 = 70 Planes
Medium field 10 planes per hanger 4 x 10 = 40 Planes
Small field 10 planes per hanger 10 x 3 = 30 Planes
These Number might be high. Its just a number for a an example.
It maybe should be lower.

VH's
VH at any field = 40 to 50 Vehicles (will never be reached i know but just to write a number

BH's
Large field 5 Bomber formations per hanger = 15 planes per hanger X 4 = 20 Formations or 60 planes in total
Medium field 5 Bomber formations per hanger = 21 planes per Hanger x 3 = 15 Formations or 45 planes in total
Small field 5 Bomber formations per hanger = 15 planes per hanger x 2 = 10 formations or 30 planes in total
These numbers might be also high. Its also just an example.

Summary about the perk ideas i like to see:
Unperk the smallest bomb load for a plane
Example F4U-1D:
Unperk the 250Lb's
Unperk rockets
Perk 500 lb's say 1 perk each Bomb
Perk 1000 lb's say 2 perks each Bomb
Now u going to a target. If u hit the target and stay allive for the next say 20 sec after u released ur bombs u get ur points back.
The same goes on for returning to target.
But if u make it back to a friendly ull get extra points perk points awarded for coming back to ur home base allive.
Lets say u get the ammount of points awarded the bomb is worth
500 1 point; 1000 2 points eg.
Maybe we could think about an extra poit for hitting something and doing damage to a building or GV's.
Example B17:
Unperk 24 x 100 lb's
Unperk 16 x 250 lb's
Perk 12 x 500 lb's say 0.16 points each bomb = ~2 points for full load
Perk 6 x 1000 lb's say 0.5 points each bomb = 3 points for full load
Make Bomber only able to drop Bombs while in bombsight.
While in bombsight autopilot must be switched ON.
That will delete these stupid divebombing in Level Bombers.
If u hit target u have to live 20 sec to get ur points back if not ull get nothing.
If u make it back to base ull get ur points back also.
If u hit stuff and blow something up ull get extra points awarded.
Lets say like in a fiter the ammount the bomb is worth.

I like the ideas to perk bombs.
I mean at the same time.
Like we had in AW.
With this feature it would make sence to kill 1 hangers for example. At the moment u have to kill all Hangers or nothing.

Hmm didnt get it. Same time? Ahhhhhh u mean to prevent Lemming Attacks.
But what is same time? 1 sec, 30 sec, 1 min???

I mean a fiter hanger can provide 10 planes. As long as they are not returned or shot down the hanger is full. As soon as 1 gets shot down or land it available again.

ok lets assume:
We have 3 hangers up on a small field.
3 Hangers can give the total of 30 planes. So if 30 people launched at this field there is no plane left in the stock so u have to go to a different field.
As soon as 1 of these planes crash land ditch get shot down some where it is available again for every 1.
If u destroy 1 hanger there are only 20 planes available.
If u destroy a second hanger there are only 10 planes left.

Nope I'm against it Freeze. If a country only has 2 small fields left this could (would) be an annoying feature.
On the other side why should the "Stock Model" prevent gangbangers? They could simply start on 2 or 3 different fields.

We had the same in AW and it worked great. Think about that the enemy is working under the same conditions

AW is DEAD, and I can see one of the reasons right here. This game is not AW and will never be (HOPEFULLY) or it will die too

Sure this is not AW and i dont want it to ba AW. But not everything in AW was bad. So why not taking some of the goods things in AW over.

So far I haven't seen one thing from AW that was good for AH other than some of the pilots.

Hmmmm aac i would prefer if u post the pro's and con's about the initial post rather than telling us that AW is dead - btw i never played it. Maybe some things could be cool for AH too?

I don't know that this sort of solution would work, it raises a whole bunch of new issues:
- What happens if someone launches a long range mission and is re-arming somewhere else far across the map. Does that count against the airfield until the person exits?
- What happens if somene makes a mission and there are not enough fighters/bombers available to actually launch it from that field?
- What happens when someone logs in to the MA and there are only 3 fields left, so only a total of 90 fighters, which are all being used. Would they have to try and find something else to do?
- How do you select who gets to fly, first-come-first-serve, or you going to que people up and have them wait for someone to die/exit before they can spawn?
- how do you control which plane is spawned from which hanger. Are you going to balance them out so if one hanger is killed then some people already in planes won't count against the remaining total, or do you simply deduct from the remaining total from all the planes already airborne? 10 guys could be out on a mission, and the loss of 2 hangers would mean nobody else could spawn...

Resource limiting might be cool, but I think that it would need to be a little better set up than this. It really needs to take into account personal expenditures of resources and group expenditures to really have a chance at success. You don't want it so it overly limits a persons freedom to spawn from a field, but you may want to limit it so that a single person can't continously spawn suicidally.

This setup would require a seperate arena, with a player cap of around 150-200 people and using only small to medium maps.
Overall, I'd find a solution that modifies the victory conditions in a way that takes the focus away from field capture much preferable tho.

ps: sorry bout yesterday, I gave up after the 4th disco :( Bloody unreliable ISP, and then my neighbours decided to diss me for making too much noise with AH so I decided to watch Champions League instead and have a drink...
