Title: settings from frames?

System:

AMD 1.6 G
256 mb
ATI 8500LE 128mb graphics
Mitsubishi 17" diamondtron monitor
currently running in 800x600 in both

what settings do i need to have in both Graphics card, game and anything else that will help MAX my Vcard frame rate potential?

what rates are you getting now?
set your refresh rate as high as your monitor will accept.   Since you have a fairly recent card you shouldn't have a problem holding 45 fps
