http://www.1903to2003.gov is a government site about the history of aviation. i was looking through it earlier today & found this "...This airplane, the Me 262, was built by the firm of Messerschmitt. It was the only jet fighter to fly in combat during World War II" while it does mention the Meteor (apparently knocking down V1s is not combat), it neglects the Ar 234 (neither is bombing the enemy), He 162 & Yokosuka MXY7 entirely. i expect the rest of this site is similarly full of factual errors.
