Title: Squad message of the day

Is it just me or does anybody else think it should be easier to display this ?

I believe it should be much more accessible to squad members, I bet some CO's would want to make sure their squaddies read it.

I wish we could have a button on clipboard or keymapped and allowed to display at any time, instead of how it is right now:
club-->squad-->view message and only when in tower.

what do y'all think ?

This is a good idea.  Does the squad MOTD not pop up automatically like the AH MOTD does?

??? Squad MOTD pops up for me every time I enter the arena.

Is this not the case for everyone else?

Sorry, I meant "no" as in we don't have a button to see the MOTD once you've closed it(except relogging back in)

For the squad motd you can type .showsquadmotd (sp?) anytime it will pop up. Check the help file for the correct dot command.


For the arena motd type .showmotd or go into setup and click show motd.

Alot people also arent aware that you can invite and eject squad members from the air using dot commands. You can withdraw from a squad this qway.

HT has added all sorts of cool buttons that we forget about the dot commands.
