My sincerest thanks to Schnell aka AE in AH (-Gotz- in WB).  Having read about my predicament with the CH Pro Throttle, he offered to send me a spare one he had lying around.

It arrived today, and it works perfectly!  I definitely owe him many thanks.  The least I can do is let everyone know about what a swell guy he is.  It's acts of kindness like this that remind me of just how special the AH community really is.
