Title: perks look better was it a change?

53 bishops 32 knights 23 rooks . We are muddle guys perks 1.0 cost thats what it should be don't know bishops perk status or rooks but at least we're not penalized for numbers.

HT forgot to set the perk modifier up for ndisles I suspect.
