Thanks to skernsk's little hiccup with a refresh rate glitch, I remembered a gamma fix for any Radeon users. Go into your Display Properties (or right-click on the blank desktop and whack properties).
Settings tab > Advanced button > Color tab > Game Gamma
Leave 'em all linked and slide to the right for a brighter experience. AH, MSFS2k2, and MoH:AA all look great with this set on 117. Though MoH still needs a brightness adjustment on the Vid tab. Still, the gaming world is a whole lot better lookin. AH especially!
