I have returned to visiting the TA and helping people and noticed the MOTD is all blank. Is this on purpose because of the low lethality or a minor omission on someones part?
I mention it because some folk have taken the stance that no MOTD means no rules.
Now this semi-retired 'Rule Policeman' doesn't even have 1/2 a leg to stand on when refering infractors to the blank MOTD.
