I'm thinking about it. Latest news says they're looking at a late-January release date.
I've been happy with the CH Pro USB for a couple of years now, but I'm looking for a set with a gameport connector for my yet-to-be-used Cougar. Everything I've seen and heard so far makes me lean towards the Simpeds; it sounds like a nice little system.
Anyone have any thoughts on the Simpeds? Do you think it's worth waiting a month or two?
ps. yes, I know you can hook up multiple USB controllers in AH... but I haven't been able to play EECH and other great games since I "upgraded" to WinXP and lost the use of Bob Church's driver for the X36.

I have the standard simpeds (Gameport version) without T/brakes.
Cannot fault them and the ability to select from 3 different response curves on the hardware as well as then in the cougar software gives you total control of response.
In AH i have the rudder curves all on max and get a fully responsive and easily controllable setup.

Anyone know the cost of these? I am curious since my current setup of TM RCS pedals seems to be loosing right rudder until very far into the push.

270 Euros... about 277 US dollars.
hehe.

Ouch that hurts right here at Christmas time. I guess I will be repairing my RCS pedals.

"TM RCS pedals seems to be loosing right rudder until very far into the push."
Just wondering if you went back in to TM Contol and Command Center/Program & Utilities/E (F10) and recalibrated your rudders?
Also a little spray of TV Cleaner will help those pots.

Going to take them apart and get a good look at the pots later today.
BTW Sprint; did the box get there ok?
-
No, not yet.

Should be there this week. Enjoy and happy holidays.
